What to expect from the base-game balance pass
Blobfish has used every DLC and major update to rebalance the base roster: Abyssal Terrors touched dozens of items and several characters, and Paws & Claws restricted Bull and made Soldier's bonuses static. Assume some of your favourite numbers move. Pages on this site show the game version they were last checked against.
